    CCPA imposes ₹10 lakh penalty for misleading success claims

    The Central Consumer Protection Authority penalised the institute over advertisements highlighting success rates without disclosing that many of the students featured belonged to free online 'I-Eklavya' batches. Some students promoted in the advertising had reportedly joined only after the examinations had already taken place.
